Dispatching your order

Please note there is currently a 6 week delivery on Tanner and Kensington chairs. We will dispatch orders that are marked 'In Stock’ within 3 business days of payment being received. Other orders will be dispatched on the dates indicated on the product page.

Delivery time from dispatch

We are committed to getting your gorgeous items to you as quickly as possible.  However delivery times will depend on the item being ordered and your delivery location.

Guidelines:

Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide: 5 – 7 business days from dispatch
All other capital cities:  7 – 9 business days
Everywhere else in Australia: 10 – 12 business days
International deliveries are not available at this point in time.

Delivery partners

We partner with many different courier companies depending on item size, availability and delivery location. Once your item has been dispatched we will email you to arrange a specific time and provide you with the name of the courier company engaged for delivery of your item.

Receiving orders

Someone will need to be at home or present at the delivery location during the agreed time to receive your goods and sign for the delivery. If that’s not convenient for you we suggest delivering to an address permanently attended during business hours (i.e. work address).
Failure to receive the items at the agreed time may result in additional costs to warehouse and re-deliver the items to you. If this is the case, a payment will be required to release the goods prior to re-delivery. We try to avoid this in all cases!

Door to Door

All deliveries are to your front door only. Couriers cannot assist you to carry the items into your home or position in a room.
